Kathi Auferbauer

Kathi Auferbauer has extensive experience in project coordination and marketing within the arts and culture sector. Currently serving as the Project Coordinator for the STEIERMARK SCHAU at Universalmuseum Joanneum since June 2022, Kathi is instrumental in enhancing the format of the state's major exhibitions. Previously, Kathi held the position of Head of Marketing at Diagonale - Festival des österreichischen Films from September 2015 to June 2022, focusing on promoting Austrian cinema and fostering discussions among filmmakers. Kathi also worked as Project Leader for LUUPS Graz from March 2012 to April 2022, where the initiative aimed to encourage residents to explore their city through a personalized guide. Kathi holds a Master of Arts in Communication Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Design from FH Joanneum, alongside a diploma from the Akademie für angewandte Fotografie.
