Jorge Broun Isaac

Jorge Broun Isaac has extensive experience in the judicial system of the Dominican Republic, serving in various capacities such as Juez miembro de Tribunal Colegiado de Cámara Penal, Juez de la Instrucción, Juez de Atención Permanente-suplente, and Juez de Paz at Poder Judicial de la República Dominicana since October 2014. In addition to their judicial roles, Jorge Broun Isaac is an educator, currently teaching courses on Ética Judicial, Derecho de Género, and Resolución Alterna de Conflictos at Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura and Derecho Administrativo Municipal at Universidad APEC. Jorge Broun Isaac also holds a position as docente-honorífico at Escuela de Graduados en DD.HH. y DIH del INSUDE and has previously taught at Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal. Academic qualifications include a Máster propio in Derecho Público y Tutela de Derechos from Universidad de Jaén and multiple degrees in law and human rights from various institutions. Currently, Jorge Broun Isaac is pursuing a Máster en Administración de Justicia Constitucional at Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura, further enhancing expertise in the field.
