Fabio Díaz Palacios

Fabio Díaz Palacios is an accomplished educator and engineer with extensive experience in mechatronics and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a professor in the Global Summer Program at UNIVA since June 2023, Fabio also holds the position of Director and professor of Mechatronics Engineering at Universidad Catolica Boliviana San Pablo Regional La Paz since January 2013. Previously, Fabio worked as a Research Engineer for UNNOSA from April 2020 to February 2023 and served as a university lecturer at Escuela Militar de Ingeniería "Mcal. Antonio José de Sucre" from February 2016 to June 2017. Fabio's industry experience includes roles as Technical and Project Manager at PFM S.R.L. and Research Engineer at ZARM Technik AG and the University of Delaware. Fabio holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Higher Education from Universidad Católica Boliviana and an MBA in Project Management from Universidad de La Salle, Spain.
