Rafa Martos

Rafa Martos is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the fitness and sports industry, serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of TRAININGYM® since September 2011, providing innovative software solutions for sports facilities and health clubs. Concurrently, Rafa has been a member of the advisory council at Universidad de Almería since March 2018, focusing on bridging the gap between academic institutions and the business community. Previous experience includes a tenure as CEO of Natural Life Sport Center from September 2007 to September 2009, where Rafa managed a comprehensive fitness facility in Almería, Spain. Rafa's early athletic career includes being an elite athlete under-18 with F.C. Barcelona from January 1999 to June 2004, representing Spain in race walking and other track and field disciplines. Education credentials include a high school diploma from Pedro Antonio de Alarcón High School.
