Karina Reniu

Karina Reniu is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational psychology, currently serving as a titular professor at UCES - Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and holding multiple roles in consulting. Reniu has been the Associate Director at Grupo Humannova since January 2019, contributing to change management and digital transformation, and co-founded eRRe Digital in August 2018, focusing on people-centered consulting for digital transformation.
