Maria Fernández Martínez

Maria Fernández Martínez currently holds positions as Subdirector at Salud Responde and as a member of the evaluation team at ACSA (Agencia de Calidad Sanitaria de Andalucía), both starting in January 2023. Maria is also involved with EPES, serving as a member of the Diabetes processes group and the Ethical Care Committee since May 2018. Additionally, Maria is a member of the Red de Cuidados Paliativos de Andalucía (RedPal) since April 2021 and works as a university professor at Universidad de Jaén since September 2020. Previous experience includes a role at Servicio Andaluz de Salud from June 2015 to April 2018. Maria's educational background includes a nursing degree and a master's in Health Sciences Research from Universidad de Jaén, alongside various advanced degrees in podiatry, physical activity, health administration, and school nursing from different institutions.
