Gustavo Dominguez

Gustavo Dominguez serves as the Technical Manager at Latitud - Fundación LATU since September 2013, focusing on R&D projects that enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of companies. In addition to this role, Gustavo has held the position of Associate Professor at both Universidad de Montevideo and Universidad de la República since August and October 2022, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Scientist at ABB, where project leadership involved developing insulation materials for HVDC cables, and conducting postdoctoral research at Universität Leipzig and Technical University of Lodz. An academic background features a PhD in polymer physics from Universitat Politècnica de València and a chemical engineering degree from Universidad de la República. Gustavo's education is complemented by current studies towards a Master's degree in Business and Technology at Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
