Nadia Rodríguez Rodríguez

Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad de Lima

Nadia Rodríguez Rodríguez is the current director of the Systems Engineering Program at Universidad de Lima. Nadia has over 20 years of experience in the field of system engineering. Nadia began their career in 1998 as a systems engineer for Sygnus. In 2001, they transitioned to IT Oracle Financials Specialist for OXY, Inc. where they developed several interface systems using PL/SQL into the Accounts Payable module of Oracle Financials. In 2006, Nadia became an Oracle Financials Consultant for Oxy and was responsible for developing several interface systems using PL/SQL into the Accounts Payable module of Oracle Financials from Oxy in Houston, working remotely from Lima, Peru. In 2007, Nadia began teaching at Universidad de Lima as a Docente Contratada where they taught courses on Ingeniería de Datos: SQL, PL/SQL con MySQL y Oracle and Introducción a la Ingeniería en el Programa de Estudios Generales. Nadia has been with Universidad de Lima since 2007 and was promoted to Director of the Systems Engineering Program in December of 2008.

Nadia Rodríguez Rodríguez pursued a doctorate in strategic management at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. Nadia also holds an MBA from University of St. Thomas in Texas with a concentration in finance, as well as an engineer's degree and bachelor's degree in systems engineering from Universidad de Lima in Peru.

Nadia Rodríguez Rodríguez reports to Don Jorge Ruíz, Gerente General. They work with Alberto Tokeshi Shirota - Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Enrique Bonilla Di Tolla - Director of the Architecture Program, and Sabina Mlodzianowska - Director of the Graduate School.
