Marcia Adams Monsalve

Marcia Adams Monsalve is currently serving as the Vice-Rector of Academics and Director of the School of Pedagogy at Universidad de Los Lagos. Marcia also holds the position of Director of the Department of Humanities and Art at the same university. Prior to their current roles, Marcia worked as a teacher of English and Head of the English Department at Blas Pascal School. Marcia Adams Monsalve completed their Bachelor's degree in English at Universidad de Los Lagos and later pursued a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. Additionally, Marcia has undertaken various training programs related to education and leadership at institutions such as Boston College, Harvard University, and the Organización Universitaria Interamericana (OUI).
