Isabella Navarro Grueter

Isabella Navarro Grueter is the current Vice President for Whole-person Education at Universidad de Monterrey. Isabella has over thirteen years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management.

Ms. Navarro Grueter began their career as a Project & Development Engineer for John Deere from January 2006 to July 2007. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing projects related to the engineering and manufacturing of John Deere products.

In July 2007, Ms. Navarro Grueter took on the role of Strategy & Planning Corporate Manager for BanRegio. In this role, they were responsible for developing BanRegio's corporate strategy, forecasting, and business unit sizing delimitations. Isabella also developed the strategic plan definition for BanRegio's business units and validated forecasts based on internal and external analysis. Additionally, Ms. Navarro Grueter linked BanRegio's corporate and business unit long-term plans and designed the quantification financial/economic simulation model, tests, and scenarios.

In February 2010, Ms. Navarro Grueter left BanRegio to take their current position as VP for Whole-person Education at Universidad de Monterrey. In this role, they are responsible for leading the university's efforts to provide a well-rounded education to its students. This includes overseeing the university's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and student support services.

Isabella Navarro Grueter has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Isabella also has a Master in International Commerce (MCI) in International Commerce, Marketing, Goods trade, international logistics, global commerce affairs from Universidad de Monterrey. Isabella has a Certificate in Executive Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Isabella also has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Corporate & Business Strategy, General Finance from Universidad de Monterrey. Finally, they have a Bs in Engineer: Industrial and Systems from Universidad de Monterrey.
