Juan José Martínez

Juan José Martínez currently serves as the Dean of the UDEM Business School and holds various academic positions at Universidad de Monterrey since January 2014. Juan José's roles include being a leadership lecturer and directing faculty services and academic programs. Simultaneously, Juan José Martínez has been the Director of Operations at IPSE Consulting since June 2016, specializing in organizational development and executive coaching. Prior experience includes directing training and development at Be & Do from January 2012 to January 2022 and serving as Partner Director at Paaradoxx Consultores from February 2013 to June 2016, where Juan José led consulting processes in organizational change and culture. Juan José Martínez holds advanced degrees, including a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Universidad de Salamanca and a Master's in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey.
