Yindhira Y Taveras Canela

Yindhira Y Taveras Canela serves as a Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo since September 2009 and holds a position as Asistente Técnica in the Dirección General de Planificación. Additionally, Yindhira has been a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Universidad de Puerto Rico since May 2017. Experience includes coordinating a significant project for Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo related to road safety training at UASD. Prior roles include teaching engineering subjects at Universidad INCE, managing transportation records at Oficina Técnica de Transporte Terrestre, and various positions within the public sector related to transportation and civil engineering. Yindhira's educational background includes a PhD (c) and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from Universidad de Puerto Rico, along with various specialized training and certifications in transportation and construction management.
