Arantza Cagigal Casquero

Arantza Cagigal Casquero currently holds the position of Director Legal at Aranzazu Abogados since July 2015 and serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Private Law, specializing in Roman Law, at the Universidad de Salamanca since February 2021. Additionally, Cagigal Casquero is a founding partner and Director at Aranzazu Abogados SLP in Salamanca and Madrid and has been a member of the Asociación Española de Abogados de Familia since January 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a founding partner of ADAFE, an alliance of Franco-Spanish law firms specializing in business law from April 1995 to February 2011 and as the titular lawyer at Cagigal Abogados since October 1995. Cagigal Casquero's educational background includes a Doctorate candidate in Private Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad de Salamanca, as well as a Master's degree in European Community and Human Rights from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, complemented by an Erasmus scholarship at the University of Amsterdam.
