Valentina de la Puerta O

Valentina de la Puerta O is an experienced professional in design and academia, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Alinea Consulting since January 2025 and a University Professor at Universidad del Desarrollo since March 2018. Previously, Valentina held roles such as Senior in People Advisory at EY from September 2021 to January 2025 and worked as an Independent Designer from June 2018 to August 2021. Valentina is also known for founding Animal Soul and co-founding Tuga Design Studio, where responsibilities included art direction and production. Educational accomplishments include Master’s degrees in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, and eCommerce from Universitat de Barcelona and OBS Business School, as well as degrees in Graphic Design from Universidad del Desarrollo and Universidad de Chile.
