Emiliano Carlos Lamanna Guiñazú is an accomplished legal academic and practitioner with extensive experience in various esteemed institutions. Since April 2005, Emiliano has been affiliated with the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, serving as a doctoral thesis juror, the academic coordinator for the Doctorado en Ciencias Jurídicas, and co-director of the IUS Research Project, among other roles. Emiliano holds positions such as director of the Posgrado Derecho & Fintech program and is a founding partner of a legal studio specializing in damages law in high technology. Additionally, Emiliano is active in multiple universities including Universidad Católica de La Plata and Universidad Austral as a professor and member of various legal committees and editorial teams. Emiliano’s education includes a Doctorate in Legal Sciences and specialist degrees in technology law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, along with a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
