Felipe Portocarrero

Felipe Portocarrero earned a Doctorate in Sociology from the University of Oxford, a master's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Population and a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a mention in Sociology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He has been Rector, Director of the Research Center and President of the Editorial Fund of the Universidad del Pacífico.
