Lourdes Martínez Quiñe

Lourdes Martínez Quiñe is the Founder and Design Director at Lumar - Tech and Design, where expertise in human-centered design shapes AI-driven solutions across Latin America, the US, and Europe. In addition to leading the consulting firm, Lourdes facilitates courses on fashion sustainability and innovation at Universidad del Pacífico (PE), teaches Design Thinking and Technological Innovation, and has played a significant role in entrepreneurship education. As a UX educator at UTEC and a disruptive design facilitator with Hyper Island, Lourdes has contributed to various educational and corporate settings. Previous experience includes serving as Strategic Design Lead at H&M and holding positions at several universities, with a focus on creative advertising, business design, and service design. Lourdes holds a Master's degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and has completed several certifications in leadership and design.
