Veronica Contreras

Veronica Contreras is an experienced professional currently serving as Directora InnovaUP at Universidad del Pacífico since January 2024 and as Co-founder & Strategic Designer at Narval Transformación since May 2023. Verónica's previous roles include Human Centered Design Specialist at BREIN from October 2020 to March 2023, and Service & Interaction Design Lead at Fjord for a brief period in 2020. Verónica has a robust background in design strategy, having worked as Gerente de Operaciones, Business Developer, and Design Strategist at INSITUM from July 2015 to March 2020. Additionally, Verónica has teaching experience as a docente at Instituto Toulouse Lautrec and UCAL, alongside strategic research roles at ZenithOptimedia. Verónica holds a Master's degree in History of Design and Material Culture from the University of Brighton and has pursued further studies in marketing, user-centered innovation, strategic management, and behavioral economics.
