Andres Arellano Samper

Andres Arellano Samper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, consulting, and academia. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of M&A Infrastructure & Consulting since July 2025, Andres has also held positions as a Professor at Universidad del Rosario and various director roles at companies such as Electribus Bogotá and Ruta del Cacao. With a strong background in operations and management, including as Chief OpEx Manager at Proindesa S.A.S. and CEO of 3A Ingeniería SAS, Andres has demonstrated expertise in project finance and public-private partnerships.
