Constanza Olaya Cantor

Constanza Olaya Cantor is a professional with extensive experience in sustainable tourism, community development, and public policy. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of CirculAndo Fundación since June 2023, Constanza focuses on enhancing the well-being and quality of life in communities through capacity building, research, and project execution. Additionally, as a Partner and advisor at Uncover Colombia Ltd and an Independent Consultant, Constanza provides expertise in tourism product development and strategic sustainability initiatives. A lecturer at Universidad Externado de Colombia, Constanza has played significant roles in various governmental capacities, including Director of Quality and Sustainable Development of Tourism and interim Deputy Minister of Tourism for Colombia. Constanza holds an MSc in International Development from UCL and a BSc in Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
