Felipe Núñez Forero is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and administrative law. As a Founding Partner at Perspectiva since 2013, Felipe has advised government authorities on administrative fines and represented clients in competition-law litigation within the telecommunications sector. Felipe has also contributed to academia as an LLM Teacher and course instructor at various universities, focusing on regulation and public utilities law. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Palacios Lleras, where litigation involved significant financial claims, and an advisor at PROCOLOMBIA, facilitating investor engagements in the Colombian market. Felipe's public service includes serving as a popularly elected councilor in Bogotá. An alumnus of The London School of Economics, Felipe holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration and has formal legal training from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
