Gloria Marlene Díaz Muñoz

Gloria Marlene Díaz Muñoz is an accomplished researcher and educator with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business management. Currently serving as a Científico investigador and Director of the Centro de Emprendimiento at Universidad Externado de Colombia since June 1999, Gloria also holds a position as Docente Investigador. Expertise includes senior consulting in the Plan Padrinos program, thesis direction, and research. Previously, Gloria served as General Director at CESE Consulting Group, leading initiatives to enhance MiPymes through the Theory of Constraints methodology. Additional experience includes roles as a conference speaker for PROCOLOMBIA, project manager for various initiatives aimed at improving productivity and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, and educator at Universidad del Rosario. Gloria holds a Doctorate in International Business Sciences from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, along with a Master's in Business Creation and Management, and several specialized degrees in project formulation and evaluation.
