Manuel Rosales Farias

Manuel Rosales Farías is an experienced professional in the hospitality and marketing sectors, currently serving as a Teacher in the Postgraduate Program at Universidad Externado de Colombia since January 2022. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fuga Hoteles and Co-Founder of Habili.co since 2020, Manuel has a strong entrepreneurial background. Previous roles include Regional Sales Director and Country Sales Director at Selina, and Co-Founder and General Director at Melmastia, where MANUEL oversaw hotel and restaurant operations and pre-opening consultancy. With a solid foundation in marketing from positions at Petrobras Colombia Combustibles and 3M Colombia, Manuel holds an Executive MBA in Hospitality Administration from EHL and a Master’s in Marketing from Universidad EAFIT, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de La Sabana.
