Nancy Esperanza Montaña Molina is a legal professional with extensive experience in agricultural and rural development policy. Currently serving as a consultant at FAO since January 2025, Nancy specializes in public policy analysis and territorial governance models for agro-food supply systems. With a part-time university teaching position at Universidad Externado de Colombia since June 2016, Nancy instructs in Financial Instruments for the Agricultural Sector. Previous roles include independent consulting focused on rural production projects, advisor to the presidency at FINAGRO, and Secretary General of the UPRA, among others. Nancy holds a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes and several specializations in business law, administrative law, and university teaching.
