Ruth Arroyo Tovar, PhD, is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Professor and Researcher at Universidad Externado de Colombia since June 2009, Ruth also holds positions at several other institutions, including Universidad de La Sabana and Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, where roles encompass teaching in graduate programs. As the Director and CEO of RA Consulting & Training since March 2021, Ruth leads a team that focuses on business transformation, talent management, and collaborative efforts to enhance societal structure.
