Alberto Pedro López-Hermida Russo

Alberto Pedro López-Hermida Russo is an accomplished academic and communicator with extensive experience in higher education and journalism. Currently serving as a Professor and Director of the School of Journalism at Universidad Finis Terrae since October 2021, Alberto has held various significant roles, including University Professor and Communication Consultant at multiple institutions. Previous positions include Professor and Researcher at Universidad del Desarrollo, where Alberto was also Director of Postgraduate Programs in the Faculty of Communications, and Executive Director of the Doctorate in Communication at Universidad de los Andes (CL). Alberto's teaching expertise encompasses areas such as Communication Theory, Public Opinion, Political Communication, and Business Ethics. With a robust educational background featuring a Doctorate in Public Communication and multiple master's degrees, Alberto continues to contribute significantly to the field of communication.
