Sergio Alonso Gallardo

Sergio Alonso Gallardo currently serves as the Director of UFM Formación Empresarial at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, bringing over 20 years of experience in higher education. The focus of this role is to advise and support companies in implementing their people strategies to create responsible organizations founded on ethical principles and free market ideals. Previously, Sergio worked at ESIC Business & Marketing School for nearly 20 years, holding several key positions such as Vicedecano of the Business School, Director of Executive Education, and Director of In Company Projects. Sergio holds an Executive MBA in Management and a Senior Management Program in Digital Business from ESIC Business & Marketing School and ICEMD, respectively, along with a degree in Commercial Management and Marketing obtained from ESIC.
