Arturo Ramírez Munguía

Arturo Ramírez Munguía serves as the CEO of GS1 Guatemala since January 2013, leading organizational direction and fostering collaborative international projects, particularly in Latin America, with a focus on national and regional impact, value chain management, and new business development lines. Concurrently, Arturo is an associate professor at Universidad Galileo, teaching master's and doctoral courses on innovation and process improvement since January 2019. Previous roles include Corporate Finance Manager at ALKEMY S.A., Country Manager at Ransa, and Sales and Operations Manager at Distribuidora Alcazarén, S.A., along with early experience as an IT Coordinator. Arturo holds a PhD in Administration specializing in High Performance from Universidad Galileo, along with various degrees in information systems and management.
