Carla López Clopez

Carla L. is an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience in human resources and client retention. Currently serving as a Recruiter at DRMP since July 2017, Carla supports the full recruiting life cycle in the Mid-Atlantic region and contributes to campus recruiting strategies. Previously, Carla held positions including Human Resources Specialist, where onboarding and employee life cycle management were key responsibilities. Experience as Senior Executive Assistant at NASCAR HEAT involved supporting executive leadership with document management and meeting preparation. Earlier roles at Coverall North America included Retention Manager and Retention Specialist, focusing on customer contract management and issue resolution. Carla is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University, building on an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gaston College.
