Porfirio Chen

Porfirio Chen is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the PMOGA Strategic Vision Team, Porfirio integrates the PMI:Next strategy within the PMOGA sub-community. As an advisor in project management for Consejo Empresarial Logístico, Porfirio also holds the position of CEO at Project Management Consultant and serves as a Project Management & PMO Specialist for UNOPS. With a strong academic presence, Porfirio teaches project management courses at the University of Louisville and Universidad Latina de Panama. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and various certificates in project management. Additionally, Porfirio’s professional background includes roles in project coordination and global strategic program management.
