Diana Arciniegas Jaimes

Diana Arciniegas Jaimes currently serves as an Auxiliar Docente at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba since July 2021, focusing on Physical Chemistry. Previously, between April 2018 and July 2020, Diana worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Materials Science at FAMAF-UNC/IFEG-CONICET, investigating multifunctional magnetic systems relevant to nanotechnology, with a focus on synthesizing nanowires of Permalloy. Prior to this role, Diana completed a Doctorate in Chemical Sciences at FCQ-UNC/INFIQC-CONICET, centered on the design and synthesis of inorganic materials with potential magnetic properties. Earlier experience includes a position as an Auxiliar de Producción at Produvarios Ltda, where responsibilities involved overseeing production processes for plastic and rubber sheets. Diana holds an Ingeniera Química degree from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, completed in 2012.
