Luis Salgado

Luis Salgado serves as the Vice President for International Affairs and Full Professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid since November 1996. In addition to these roles, Luis Salgado has held various positions including Delegate of the President to the USA & Canada, Vice-dean for International Relations and Corporate Partnership, and Vice-dean for Student Affairs and International Relations at ETSI Telecomunicación, along with an early role as a Teaching Assistant. Furthermore, from December 2020 to January 2025, Luis Salgado acts as the UPM Delegate at the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University. Previously, Luis Salgado was recognized as Profesor Honorario and served as an Associate Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from September 2012 to September 2018 and held the position of Assistant Professor at Universidad de Alcalá from February 1995 to September 1996. Education credentials include a PhD in Communications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, pursued from 2008 to the present.
