Xiegdel Miranda

Xiegdel Miranda is a software development supervisor at the Presidencia de la República de Panamá since August 2009, responsible for analyzing client requirements and generating documentation for development teams. With a background as a software developer, Xiegdel has experience in creating applications to optimize management processes within the Ministry. In addition to this role, Xiegdel serves as an adjunct professor in the Master’s programs in Cybersecurity at Universidad Latina de Panamá and Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, teaching subjects related to secure applications and database security. Previous experience includes software development positions at the Ministry of Education Regional de Chiriquí and Universidad Tecnológica Centro Regional de Chiriquí. Xiegdel holds a Master’s in Systems Audit and Computer Control, a Master’s in Higher Education with a specialization in Technology and Educational Didactics, and a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
