Roberto Gomes

Roberto Gomes, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Federal do ABC since April 2016, following a tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Escola Politécnica da USP from May 2012 to April 2016. Prior to that, Roberto Gomes was a PhD Candidate at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from June 2008 to September 2011 and worked as an IT Technician at Serpro Brasil for a decade, from June 1998 to June 2008. Educationally, Roberto Gomes holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from INSA Lyon, as well as two Master of Science degrees in Physics obtained simultaneously from Sapienza Università di Roma and École normale supérieure de Lyon in 2006-2007. Additionally, a Licentiate degree in Physics was earned from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU between 2002 and 2005.
