Thales Sousa

Thales Sousa is an experienced academic with a robust background in higher education and professional engagement within the IEEE organization. Currently serving as a Professor Associado and previously as a Professor Adjunto at Universidade Federal do ABC since July 2011, Thales has contributed significantly to the academic community. In addition, Thales has been a member of IEEE since 2003, attaining the status of Senior Member. Prior to the current role, Thales served as a Professor Adjunto at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from August 2008 to June 2011. Thales holds a Doutor degree earned from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2003 and 2006, a Mestre degree from the same institution between 2001 and 2003, and a Graduado degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 1996 to 2000.
