Daniela Montemerlo

Daniela Montemerlo is a distinguished Professor of Management and Family Business at Università dell'Insubria since October 2017, serving as Vice Director of the Department of Economics since 2018 and as the President of the Joint Committee for Teaching between Faculty and Students since 2008. With a rich teaching background at SDA Bocconi School of Management since 1990, Daniela focuses on family business and corporate governance in executive education programs. Additionally, since 1990, Daniela has taught Family Business Strategy at Università Bocconi and has held multiple board membership positions, including current roles as President of Bioenerys and member of the board at INGRAM. Daniela holds a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and has been actively involved in governance related to family enterprises and other organizations for several years.
