Michele Colombo

Michele Colombo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Since July 2006, Michele has served as Managing Partner at Newcom Consulting Srl. Additionally, since April 2019, Michele has been a lecturer in the Master's program for management and development of human resources at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo. Prior to these roles, Michele worked as a Training and Development Manager at Europ Assistance from October 1991 to June 2006 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Agenda from January 1990 to September 1991. Michele holds a degree in Psicologia del lavoro e delle organizzazioni from the Università degli Studi di Padova and has completed education at Pnl Meta between 2000 and 2003, along with a scientific high school diploma from Enrico Fermi Cantù.
