Marina Tavassi

Marina Tavassi is a legal professional with extensive experience in industrial law and intellectual property. Currently serving as Of Counsel at BonelliErede since January 2021, Marina also holds a position on the board of directors at Università degli Studi di Milano and is a university lecturer in Industrial Law, focusing on patents and antitrust at Università degli Studi di Pavia. As vice president and founder of the Intellectual Property Judges Association, Marina has contributed significantly to the field of industrial and intellectual property law. Previously, Marina held leadership roles, including President of the Association of European Competition Law Judges and Judge at the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office. Additionally, Marina served as President of the Court of Appeal of Milan, managing numerous judges and administrative staff. Marina holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Milano.
