Bondi Arifin is an experienced professional in the field of economics with a diverse academic background, holding a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Arts from Georgia State University, as well as a Master of Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia and a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Finance since March 2022, Bondi also holds visiting faculty positions at Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara and Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. In addition, Bondi has been a Research Associate and Government Internal Appraiser at the Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia since October 2003, with a recent role as Senior Research Analyst for the Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance from March to December 2022.

Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) or the Indonesian International Islamic University (IIIU) is a newly established graduate institution that provides seven faculties and offers various academic programs focusing on the study of Islam and the Muslim world. The university also has various research centers with specific expertise to respond to strategic issues and challenges related to Muslim society worldwide. To preserve and promote Islamic culture and civilization, including Indonesia’s rich and diverse ones, UIII develops an umbrella institution dedicated for the study, preservation and promotion of Muslim heritage in the region, and establishes a museum to exhibit a collection of artifacts with historical, aesthetical and scientific significance to the Muslim world.
