Yus Nugraha

Yus Nugraha has held various positions throughout their career. Yus is currently serving as the Head of the Center for Human Capital & Organizational Development at Universitas Padjadjaran since February 2023. Yus also holds the role of Head of the Department of Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the same university since February 2021. Prior to these positions, Yus worked as a Lecturer, Researcher, and Facilitator/Trainer at Fak. Psikologi Unpad; DASEMARCK since February 1986. Yus has also served as the Chairman of Himpsi Jawa Barat from July 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Secretary of Program Mahasiswa Unpad 2011 from January 2011 to January 2014 and as the Head of Puslit K&PSDM from February 2007 to February 2008.

Yus Nugraha obtained a Certificate on Population Studies in Demography and Population Studies from IPPS - International Institute for Population Studies, Bombay, India in 1990. In 1994, they received an MA in Applied Population Research from the University of Exeter. Lastly, from 2007 to 2012, Yus Nugraha pursued a Research Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Post Graduate School, Universitas Padjadjaran in Bandung, Indonesia.
