Valentin Rudolph

Valentin Rudolph is a seasoned professional in sports management and coaching, currently serving as a Dozent at Stiftung Universität Hildesheim since November 2023, focusing on team management in professional sports. Since February 2017, Valentin has held multiple roles at DFB, including Team Manager for the Women's National Team and Youth National Teams, as well as Team Liaison Officer. Previously, Valentin worked at Hannover 96 as a Talent Scout and Youth Football Coach from October 2015 to July 2022, and gained experience as a Working Student at Innovationszentrum Niedersachsen GmbH between June 2016 and January 2018. An internship in football development was completed at New Zealand Football in 2015. Valentin holds a Master’s in Sportwissenschaften from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim and a Bachelor’s in Sportmanagement from the same institution, along with a UEFA B-License obtained through IST-Studieninstitut Düsseldorf and Niedersächsischer Fussball-Verband.
