Martine Mamindy Pajany

Martine MAMINDY PAJANY currently holds the position of Consultante Ressources Humaines and DRH Ext a temps partagé at META POTENTIALITES ACCOMPAGNEMENT since November 2023. Martine has been with EXPERTISE TRAINING CONSULTING since January 2017, focusing on training consultancy and human resources support, and has obtained the Qualiopi certification. Additionally, Martine serves as an Intervenante at Université de La Réunion since October 2019 and was responsible for human resources at ROI from May 2023 to January 2024, managing various HR functions including personnel administration and recruitment. Previous roles include leadership positions in training project management and quality assurance, with experience as a business leader in gastronomy and as Directrice RH et Administrative at Societe Bourbonnaise de l'Est. Martine's academic background includes a Maitrise in English and Foreign Civilizations from Université de La Réunion, as well as two Master’s degrees in HR Management and Business Administration from IAE REUNION. Ongoing training in coaching and competency assessment further enhances Martine's expertise in the field.
