Alexandre Chabot

Alexandre Chabot is a graduate in sociology from the Université de Montréal, Alexandre Chabot became its secretary general in 2010. He was a member of the University Council from 1995 to 1998 and has worked at the management of UdeM since 1999. He has held successively the functions of adviser for governmental affairs, assistant to the vice-rector for public affairs and development, assistant to the rector in charge of governmental affairs, as well as chief of staff to the rector and assistant vice-rector. From 2007 to 2010, he was assistant vice-rector for student life. Alexandre Chabot sits on several boards of directors of public bodies and non-profit organizations.
