Andréanne Bergeron

Andréanne Bergeron, PhD, currently holds the position of Affiliate Professor at Université de Montréal since October 2023. Previously, Andréanne served as Research Director and Cybersecurity Researcher at GoSecure from May 2022 to November 2024, and as a Lecturer at Université de Montréal, teaching courses on Cybercriminality and various criminology topics from September 2017 to May 2022. Andréanne's research experience includes roles as a Researcher for Sûreté du Québec and Research Assistant at Université Laval. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Criminology from Université de Montréal, a Master’s degree in Criminology from Université Laval, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, complemented by early studies in Psychology at Champlain St. Lawrence College. Additional experience includes work as a Psychosocial Counsellor and a Real Estate Broker.
