Han-Ru Zhou is an accomplished academic currently serving as an Associate Professor at Université de Montréal since 2011 and as an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies. Zhou has also held positions as a Visiting Scholar at the uOttawa Public Law Centre and as a Visiting Professor of Law at the Section de droit civil of the University of Ottawa. Previously, Zhou contributed to the Government of Canada as a member of the Independent Advisory Board for Supreme Court of Canada Judicial Appointments and has held prestigious fellowships at institutions such as UC Berkeley and McGill University.
