Iván Faría

Iván Faría has extensive professional experience in technical product management and academia, currently serving as a Lecturer and Research Professional at Université de Montréal since January 2024. Previously, Iván held the position of Associate Director - Technical Product Management at Wizeline from April 2021 to December 2023 and was the Founder and Head of Product at ComparaSun between November 2017 and March 2021. In academia, Iván was a Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey from August 2018 to December 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Oracle, where Iván worked as an IT Senior Consultant focusing on supply chain and service applications from June 2011 to October 2017. Iván's educational background includes a Computer Science degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Cybersecurity & Big Data studies at Universitat Ramon Llull, and an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree, also from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
