Vincenzo di Nicola

Vincenzo Di Nicola is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University and a Full Professor of Psychiatry at Université de Montréal, where Vincenzo actively teaches and participates in academic activities. Di Nicola serves as the President of the World Association for Social Psychiatry and has held various leadership roles, including President of the Canadian Association of Social Psychiatry and Director for Quebec of the Canadian Psychiatric Association. Additionally, Di Nicola is an Academician at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts, a Board Member for North America at the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry, and has been involved with the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Society for the Study of Psychiatry and Culture. Di Nicola's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Philosophy, Psychiatry, and Psychoanalysis, as well as extensive training in global mental health and child and adolescent psychopharmacology.
