Frantz Rowe

Frantz Rowe is a prominent academic and researcher currently serving as a Fundamental Chair Holder at the Institut universitaire de France since September 2022, focusing on digital transformation, generative artificial intelligence, and its implications for work and society. With a long-standing affiliation with the University of Nantes since 1995, Frantz holds the position of Professor and Research Director, overseeing the Master of Consulting and Research program and having previously launched several educational initiatives including a Master in Information Systems and Project Management. Frantz has also contributed to the academic community as the Chief Information Officer at the University of Nantes and has held a professorship at ENST, where leadership in the Economics and Management Department and PhD supervision in Information Systems were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Transportation and Information Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Engineering from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat.
