Alain Fortier

Coordinator Of Training Programming And Support For Organizational Competency Development In AI at Université Laval

Alain Fortier is a senior lecturer in the Department of Information Systems at Université Laval, where courses on digital transformation, IT governance, and digital business strategy are designed and taught. Fortier's expertise includes the exploration of knowledge frameworks such as BIZBOK, COBIT, and ISO standards to facilitate technology adoption while maintaining governance and ethics. Additional roles include serving as a member of the Institutional EdTech Innovation Committee, coordinating training in artificial intelligence for organizational competency development, and co-creating the Business Architecture Program at Classe Affaires FSA ULaval.
