Eric Montigny

Eric Montigny is an accomplished academic specializing in political science, currently serving as Co-director of the international laboratory PARDUR at Université Laval and Université de Lausanne since May 2023. Montigny has held the position of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Université Laval since January 2017 and has also been a visiting professor at the University of Luxembourg and a research fellow at Sciences Po Bordeaux in 2023. From June 2019 to September 2022, Montigny was the Director of the doctoral and master's programs in the Department of Political Science at Université Laval and served as Director of the Chair in Research on Democracy and Parliamentary Institutions from April 2011 to June 2022. Montigny holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Université Laval and has a background in public administration from Université du Québec - École nationale d'Administration publique.
